4 8-10oz Filets
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Southern Zip Sauce

1 Stick Butter
2 Tbs Fresh Rosemary

2 Tbs Minced Garlic

2 Cups Worchestire Sauce

1 Tbs Cumin Powder

Sprinkle the filets with the salt and pepper and place on the grill. Combine all ingredients for the zip sauce in a saucepan and heat on the grill. Brush the filets with the sauce while grilling. Take the filets off and let them stand for about 3 minutes and brush a final coat of zip sauce on the filets. Retain the remaining sauce for dipping.
